- 70 g CAMBOZOLA
- 50 g PEMA Wholegrain Rye Bread
- 4 Slices Roast Beef
- 1 handful of Rocket Leaves
- 2 tsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to season
Preparation
Wash the Rocket leaves and dry well. Cut the Cambozola into slices and set aside.
Spread the mustard onto the first slice of bread and lay the rocket leaves on top. Lightly salt and pepper according to taste. Layer the sandwich with slices of roast beef and Cambozola. Spread mustard onto the second slice of bread and lay it on top of the sandwich to complete.
