Rye, water, a little salt – and nothing else.
In as much as we live for tradition, we also love innovation. The traditional processing of our rye and the production of our bread takes place using modern technology combined with continuous technical development.
Our company was established in the Fichtel Mountains. Our products are derived from the raw materials the region provides us with: we respect and honour this relationship.
