Professor ROGG-In accompanies and assists you as you playfully wonder through themed sections such as ‘the dangers of half-knowledge’, ‘local gold’, ‘the poetry of craftmanship’ and ‘healthy with grain’.
The journey through the ROGG-IN begins by testing your familiarity with Rye and thereafter answering any questions you might have. The important nutritional significance of rye and the way in which the precious components of the grain are carefully preserved are also illustrated in the exhibition.
